MDS Coordinator
Come be a part of our small, home-like skilled nursing environment as the MDS/restorative nurse of our 69 bed facility. Our small nurse manager-to-resident ratio gives you time to build relationships with your residents, their families, and your staff the way you have always wanted but never had the time to do. Responsibilities include MDS and care plan completion, restorative program planning/oversight, and being on the nursing on-call rotation. Must be registered in in IL as an RN and have experience in MDS completion, skilled nursing facility regulations, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. A great opportunity for the over-stressed MDS coordinator looking for a manageable position in a friendly environment!
