MARKETING - WOMEN'S HEALTH
Reproductive Science Center (RSC), located in Lexington, Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This position focuses on the development and implementation of several key marketing elements for the Practice, including internet marketing, public relations, special events, and other marketing support programs.
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director, Marketing and Sales team and members of the management team to ensure the delivery of the highest quality marketing and communication initiatives for the Practice.
This position requires the unique combination of creative output, project management and strategic thinking. Position focuses on driving new patient inquiries for the Practice. Manage daily operations to ensure marketing functions are executed according to the schedule and budget including advertising, sales pieces, direct mail creative and list management, event planning and execution, internet marketing and website optimization, public relations and collateral material creation and inventory management. Collaborate with Executive Director and outside creative agencies in the strategy and design of marketing campaigns. Ensure all new marketing programs and updates are communicated to Doctors, Management Team and the Practice Sales Team. Assist Executive Director with marketing budget management. Manage reports and results tracking associated with all marketing programs; in conjunction with Sales Team, identify areas for improved performance. Ensure consistency of branding in marketing materials, projects and creative - per design guidelines.
Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing. Minimum five years of marketing and project management experience. Demonstrated internet marketing, public relations and direct to consumer campaign successes. Internet marketing experience, with emphasis on SEO, highly preferred. Highly self-motivated with an ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Public relations experience a must.
