Bachelors Degree required. Minimum three years Acute Care related field required. HR experience highly desired. Background in recruitment, marketing, or program development preferred. The incumbent is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the employment function for the health center including but not limited to advertising, screening, interviewing and extending offers to selected candidates. Ensures the operational budget for all employment functions is maintained. The incumbent develops and maintains position control for all departments. The incumbent also serves as the primary liaison for the hospital with local colleges. The incumbent assists with Northern California Regional recruitment efforts for CHW and represents the company in a very professional and positive manner.
