For over 100 years, we’ve been a source of high quality and community responsive care—delivered with compassion, strong values, and the highest professional standards.MAINTENANCE MECHANIC- Full Time -As a key member of our Maintenance & Engineering Department, you will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks for any of the department trades throughout the complex, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds, HVAC, etc. In addition, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, furniture, ceilings and other miscellaneous items, help move equipment and with snow removal, and handle other related duties as assigned.To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related work experience, knowledge of HVAC, and basic math skills. The ability to troubleshoot/resolve problems, communicate effectively, and lift/carry objects weighing up to 50lbs also essential. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
