Lucrative Late Stage Healthcare IT Sales Opportunity
We are a search firm that focuses solely on the Healthare IT industry. Our forte is senior level sales talent. We are currently working with a proven, late stage start up healthcare IT company that is well beyond the "early adopter" phase. They have hundreds of hospitals nationwide currently using their unique technology and they are continuing to augment and grow their healthcare vertical sales team. They are profitable and have a tremendous amount of momentum.
Client and Position Description
Our client has a unique, vendor neutral IT solution that hospitals all across the nation are adopting. Our clients product line has a tremendous value prop, ROI and falls into the category of "helping hospitals that can’t buy more horses get more horse power out of their current assets." I don’t mean to be evasive on a better description but the unique nature of our clients products would immediately divulge their identity.
This is a very consultative sales position and you will be tasked with building executive level relationships at the CxO level of hospitals and hospital systems. If you do not have a current "rolodex" of hospital CxO contacts I will not be able to get my client to interview you. This is a critical augmentation to their current sales force and they are not willing to take a chance on someone from outside the industry.

Our client will provide an attractive base salary and is committed to setting up successful sales execs to maximize their earnings. On target earnings in this role are 250K and top reps have recently earned over $300K.
3.) Limited Travel
Our client's territory is the Midwest.Travel will be limited to this geography.
Requirements
1.) Industry Experience
Qualified candidates must possess 7-10+ years successful experience in medical capital equipment/services/software/healthcare IT sales to hospitals and healthcare systems. Successful candidates are probably selling healthcare information systems, clinical information systems, document imaging software or services, PACS, laboratory or emergency department information systems, CPOE, medical capital equipment, etc.
2.) Relationships with Hospital or IDN CxOs
A strong rolodex will only strengthen your candidacy. Our client requires the ability and self-esteem necessary to operate seamlessly in the carpeted areas of the hospital. (CxO suites).
3.) Stable employment history
If you are a stereotypical "job jumper" I will not be able to help you. You need to have a stable, employment history. If you’ve taken some chances or worked for start-ups that crashed please be prepared to substantiate and justify the moves/risks you’ve taken.
4.) A Passion for Excellence
Successful candidates will have verifiable track records of sales accomplishments.
