United Medical Systems, a leader in shared mobile medical services, is currently seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator who will be based out of our Shrewsbury and Westborough, MA Headquarters.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to equipment assignments and changes as they relate to operations, facilitating all equipment inspections/physicist surveys which will involve working closely with our Company Compliance Coordinator and various state agencies,and attendance at regularly scheduled meetings with the Supervisor of Customer Service to ensure we are providing optimal customer service. The Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for facilitating customer site inspections and will be solely responsible for scheduling inspections and providing status/project completion updates to all key personnel.

The person in this position must be available after regularly scheduled business hour to support the operations team in solving emergency service related issues.

Experience in Logistics/Operations or Transportation field and proficiency in word and excel required. Bachelors degree preferred.
