Life Enrichment Specialist - Direct Caregivers - Group Homes

About the Job

This position provides direct care and support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental and physical health challenges in a residential group home setting.  Care may include assistance with activities of daily living, administering treatments and medications, transporting between home and community activities and appointments, providing social companionship and support, and similar activities.

About the Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be 18 years of age or older; have a high school diploma or GED; basic math and English language skills; be able to lift, pull, and push at least 75 pounds.  Previous healthcare experience, such as CNA experience, is a plus, as is exposure to people with developmental disabilities.  Candidates must be able to successfully pass a DHS criminal history check and pre-employment drug screen.  We prefer candidates who have a valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license with a clean driving record.

About the Rewards
