Licensed Practical Nurse - Hartland Pediatrics
Job Description Aurora Health Care was created around the idea that there is a better way to provide health care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse for the Pediatrics Department who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional patient care. The ideal individual will have outstanding clinical and customer service skills. The Licensed Practical Nurse duties include:Providing basic nursing care according to established standards of care considering age and developmental needs of the patient and assisting physician with examinations and procedures.Documenting and communicating accurate and timely information regarding the patient and reporting significant changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate person.Preparing the patient for exam and obtaining/documenting patient and other pertinent data on an ongoing basis.Organizing and preparing exam rooms, lab and work areas including cleaning, stocking, ordering supplies, checking equipment, and putting away equipment.

General Qualifications
Current status as State of Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse. Must be CPR certified within six months of hire date and maintain annually. Verbal and written communication skills sufficient for effective communication.
Desired Qualifications
Minimum one year experience in clinical setting. Previous experience in Pediatrics.
