Lead Pharmacist - Night Shift
The University of Washington Medical Center is recruiting for a motivated pharmacist to join our night shift team. You will be one of two pharmacists on the night shift who share responsibility for all patient medication needs, and overseeing a support staff of two pharmacy technicians and a delivery assistant. Additional activities include code team participation, medication reconciliation, antimicrobial monitoring, and drug therapy consultation. The pharmacist will also provide on-site support to the emergency department. Pharmacists interact with professionals from all medical disciplines in a positive work environment.
