The LVN provides and documents professional nursing care within scope of practice standards under supervision of RN for assigned patients. The LVN maintains a safe, comfortable and confidential environment for the patient. The LVN participates as a team member to ensure appropriate resources to all internal/external customers.

 

Minimum Education required by Licensure:  Specialized vocational training preferred. Experience Required:  12 months as LVN.  Experience Preferred:  1 – 2 years LVN in home healthcare.  BLS required.  CA LVN license and valid drivers license required.
