LPN - PT / Flexible Schedule

Bridgewell a private, non-profit organization providing services to individuals with disabilities and mental illness throughout northeastern Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to monitor and consult on the medical health and well-being of the clients in our day rehab and case management program. We have an opening in our Lynn and Lowell Clinic.

Essential Job Duties Include:
1. Coordinate medical services with other treatment providers.
2. Oversee and provide health care services to individuals where indicated.
3. Provide in-services and training to staff on topics relevant to the needs of the individuals.
4. Establish and oversee groups in relevant areas.
5. Inform clinical team of all medical changes, needs and concerns.
6. Complete medical treatments and medication dispersement as indicated.
7. Purchase or oversee purchasing of all necessary medical supplies.
8. Maintain all appropriate certifications (i.e. First Aid, CPR, PAC, Fire Safety, Human Rights, etc.)
9. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Current registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. One year of experience working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Basic computer skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and good organizational skills.

HOURS:
The hours for our Lowell Clinic Position is: Monday through Friday, 13 hours/week. Flexible Schedule.

The Hours for our Lynn Clinic Position is: Monday through Friday, 24 hours/week. Flexible Schedule.
