If you are looking for a diverse work setting where you can enhance your skills, please consider Willow Terrace. We have a Full Time opportunity for LPN's to work in our Long Term Care facility, which consists of 180 beds, geriatric patients.

Germantown Community Health Services also houses Willow Terrace, a long-term care residence for older adults who are no longer able to safely maintain an independent lifestyle. We offer primary care services through our women’s center, pediatrics practice and geriatrician's office. In addition, our Emergency Department is fully staffed to handle any medical emergency 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In this position you will:

Utilize a general understanding of the principals of nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of the individualized nursing care plans to ensure that the needs of the residents are met He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) A-O-F in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:

Graduate of a state approved School of Practical Nursing Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacology. Licensed as a Practical Nurse in PA One year of LPN Experience required, LTC preferred.
