Acute Care, Rowan Regional Medical Center

As part of our acute care team, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide early rehabilitation services and provide the foundation for functional recovery.  Our Stroke Team and Joynt Camp offers unique opportunities in acute care.  With all private rooms, therapies are conducted at bedside.

 

Elizabeth C. Stanback Rehabilitation Unit

This state-of-the-art 10-bed facility offers complete inpatient rehabilitation services for strokes, major multiple traumas, brain injury, neurological disorders, neuromuscular disorders, amputations, arthritis and orthopedic injuries.  Here, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide intense and comprehensive therapy for our patients.  A well equipped gym, ADL kitchen and all private rooms allow for a variety of work settings.

 

Home Health and Hospice Group

As part of out Home Health and Hospice team Hospice you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide therapy on an intermittent basis in patient homes, assisted living facilities or long-term care facilities.

 

The successful candidates will be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy license. Previous experience as an LPT and completion of a clinical Doctoral Physical Therapy degree program preferred.
