The Contra Costa Mental Health Division is seeking three permanent full-time licensed clinical social workers to staff its new Older Adult IMPACT program. Positions are available in Pittsburg, Concord and Richmond. Incumbents will work closely with primary care physicians and nurses, providing short-term cognitive behavioral therapy to older adults (60+) with medical diagnoses of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and/or chronic pain and who show signs of depression and possible suicide.
