TITLE: LAN/WAN Professional for short term contractLOCATION: Newark, DEDURATION: 2 MonthsREQUIREMENTS AND SKILL SETS Must meet all requirements to be considered Responsibilities: Provides technical support on IT applications, day-to-day maintenance of LAN, WAN, data networks and voice communications. Participates in semi-complex maintenance of company telephone systems, including phone installation and enhancements, record keeping and routine diagnostic procedures. Participates in semi-complex technical support for personal computers, hardware, application software, operating systems and connectivity to networks. Participates in evaluating and testing new software/hardware, and software releases for potential us to meet automation needs. Performs semi-complex work within technical or paraprofessional area. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex. Refers complex, unusual problems to others.
