Kitchen Supervisor
The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the dining room/kitchen operation in our residence facility.
Responsible for menu planning, ordering, preparation and hygiene of dining room serving 3 meals per day. Supervise kitchen personnel who are in the rehab. program in both culinary and safety procedures.
Requires: creativity to prepare healthy, nutritious meals with a limited budget, food service training from a recognized program, a minimum of 1-year experience in institutional cooking with management responsibilities, valid CA driver's license and proof of insurability.
