Increases EMD Serono product usage with targeted customers via:Achieving promotable product market share in assigned geographic area.Expanding market penetration for relevant therapy in assigned geographic area.Building customer alliances with therapeutic area relevant Centers, physicians, trade partners and managed care organizations via direct and cross functional selling activities.Achieving long term business objectives with physicians and physician extenders.Long term business objectives include identifying customers wants and desires and providing solutions that create a win/win partnership with the customer and EMD Serono, Inc.Accurately forecasts business goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.Measurement parameters for the ISS include achieving market share and unit goals and demonstrating performance (behavioral objectives) in defined core competency areas.
Language and EducationBachelor's degree requiredProfessional Skills and ExperienceMinimum of three years sales/consulting experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industryPreferred experience includes business and science focusPersonal QualificationsDemonstration of core competencies with proven results as measured in sales, market share and behavioral events
