This is a senior level position providing leadership and oversight, and serves as a technical expert on the S&N Product Portfolio. * Responsible for achieving sales goals of all S&N products by penetrating into key hospital systems and developing and growing new NPWT markets. * Manage multi-sales points in assigned accounts with varying degrees of integration and relationships across all customer segments including OR Suite Personnel, Acute Care and Physicians. * Facilitates education on product features and advantages through conveying underlying science and mechanism of actions. * Builds sustainable relationships with key professional decision makers and opinion leaders.* Conducts consultative sales calls on surgeons and hospital decision makers, utilizing solid product/technical knowledge to educate on the products and procedures.* Work collaboratively with sales team by sharing Best Practices to maximize growth of portfolio within specified accounts. * Responsible for owning the growth in key accounts, directly and and independently selling, supporting and ensuring growth and, where appropriate, maintenance of business.Required Skills* Requires understanding of Surgical and Advanced Wound Care markets, products and call points.* Requires economic selling expertise and vertical integration into complex Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN). * Must have solid platform skills to train, educate and in -service clinicians and account exectives.* Strong oral, written and listening communication skills. * Solid planning and organizational skills.Required Experience* Bachelor's degree preferred.* Five years of previous sales experience with a solid track record of success in the health care field using demonstrated consultative selling, contract negotiation and account develoment skills.
