Jr. Recruiter

The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting process for all corporate, non-exempt level positions, and any additional positions as assigned. This individual will assist the Recruitment Manager with developing sourcing strategy, generating candidate pool and driving candidates through the selection and hiring process. Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field • 1-2 years high volume recruiting experience • Must be an a energetic, goal oriented, motivated, self starter • The ability to multi-task is a MUST • Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiating skills required.
