Qualified candidates ONLY!RequirementsJob Details: The Insurance Verification Supervisor will oversee 3 areas: Insurance Verification, Certification, and Emergency Room (ED) Insurance Verification. This role will need a strong leader to motivate a staff of over 14 employees; this role must be able to delegate and prioritize. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Emergency Department as well as handling upfront collections. Knowledge of CPT/ICD-9 codes will be beneficial, as well as experience working with Logicare. This leadership role will require flexibility with the Insurance Verification Supervisor?s schedule as some days are especially busy; must be available to be on call at certain times as needed. Requirements: Team lead or supervisory experience over Insurance Verification Representatives or Pre-Certification Representatives2+ years experience with Insurance Verification (patient and insurance) Experience with Commercial payors Experience Managing a group of at least 5UB / Hospital claim experience 2+ years experience with Pre-CertificationExperience handling Insurance Verification in the Emergency Department.
