CuraScript Wholesale Services provides customized supply chain solutions for the biotech industry.ResponsibilitiesTo obtain re-authorizations on existing patients of CuraScript so to avoid any delays in therapy and obtain timely/accurate payment from the health plans and PBM¿s we work with.Obtain new authorizations/re-authorizations for current medications that a patient has been prescribed to ensure timely payment..Schedule future follow-up for a new authorization of patient medications in advance of expiration to ensure that patient does not encounter a delay in service and/or therapy.Coordinate all Cost/Quantity/Plan Limits exceeded rejections that pharmacy may receive during the processing of a PBM claim.Communicate with patients on terminated insurance plans or changes in co-pays so to obtain information needed to process order and/or transfer patient to another location.Obtain necessary authorizations on orders that are already scheduled within system in a time frame to avoid a change in date or delay for patient through system application.Other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDWorking knowledge of MS Office and Internet research; General knowledge of information database/lookup of informationAbility to hear information telephonically and type/input relevant information into the computer system with a high level of accuracyExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to speak clearly and concisely over the telephoneExcellent attention to detail requiredExcellent multi-tasking abilities required EEO StatementExpress Scripts is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and will not discriminate against or harass any applicant or employee on any grounds prohibited under any federal, state or local law, including race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or membership in any other legally protected class.
