Description
In a call center environment: Manage inbound/outbound phone calls to promote food packages, programs, and other nutritional products to qualified prospective clients.Quickly convert phone calls to sales in a consultative manner.Employ optimal listening and persuasive skills to identify needs, seek solutions and motivate customers to optimize results.Demonstrate a passion for generating sales and providing superior customer service.Accurately document each lead and customer contact in the phone tracking program and the customer database Success will be measured by sales dollars per inbound or outbound phone call, overall conversion, total sales dollars, available time, sales per hour, quotas on all outbound attempts, percent of email address capture, and acceptable return rates.


Requirements
Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to conduct inbound/outbound sales phone calls to meet sales goals
• Ability to work full time, 2nd shift; 3:30pm-12am +1 weekend shift every week
• Ability to multitask, talk on the phone and utilize the computer
Proven ability to close sales quickly

Commission Plan

$10/hr guarantee plus full benefits
$18 per sale before 6pm
$25 per sale after 6pm and all weekend
$40 per outbound sale


Education/Experience

Minimum of high school diploma, some college exp preferred
1 year experience in sales, preferably telesales experience


Computer Skills
Knowledge of MS Office and use of internet
