Inbound Customer Service

We offer specialized support to help members and providers with their managed health care needs. We have multiple openings for customer service representatives in our Canton, Ohio call center.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Responding to, resolving and documenting members and provider’s incoming calls on issues related to claims payments, denials, benefits and eligibility issues.

• Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

• Work within established procedures and processes.

• Supervision/guidance is required for most tasks.

 

Qualifications

• Member/provider service experience in an HMO or insurance environment preferred.

• Applies knowledge/skills to activities that vary day-to-day.

• Requires little assistance with standard customer inquiries.

• Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems.

• Excellent PC skills, type minimum of 30 wpm.

• Solid work ethic.

• High school or equivalent experience.
