Implementation Coordinator

Under the direction of the Manager, Implementations, create, revise and maintain critical documents required to support assigned business projects.  Such documents may include, but are not limited to the following: Helping to prepare project plans, task lists, schedules, and resources assignments based on input from functional experts and SME’s.  Creating general communication and announcements regarding project strategy and specific project implementations.  Works with PerformRx functional areas to coordinate the transition of customers from the sales process to operations.  Participates in the review, editing, and revisions of documents produced by others in support of implementation projects. Takes minutes and, at times, facilitates workgroup meetings.  Assists in the reproduction and distribution of project documents.  Tracks project plans, reminds task owners of their assigned responsibilities, and alerts the Manager, Implementations of any issues.  Provides project status reports to the Manager, Implementations. Perform all other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements:  Four year college degree preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.  Managed Care PBM experience preferred. Strong PC skills.  Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience in MS Project is a plus.
