VITAS Innovative Hospice Care has an opportunity available for an IT Trainer.  Position may be based in Florida, Texas, California or Illinois.  The IT Trainer is responsible for the following: Conducts one on one as well as group training for new users. Provides training for users whose job role has changed. Creates/edits detailed documentation, PowerPoint presentations as training/reference materials. Coordinate scheduling of job specific training with various VITAS programs Serve as a training resource for all the VITAS programs on an ongoing basis. Travels to various VITAS program locations to provide training support for new systems as they are rolled out.Qualified candidates must have five to seven years prior training experience.  Ability to work on multiple assignments simutaneously.  Must have experience working with adult learners.  Excellent oral and written communication skills required.  Strong presentation skills and comfort in delivering training to diverse audiences through a variety of methodologies.  Hospice or related clinical background a plus.  Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within an automated system as well as a variety of software packages such as Outlook, Excel, and MS Word.  MOS/MCP certification a plus.  Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field preferred.
