Primary Responsibilities: 3rd level server support for Windows 2000/2003 Operating Systems. Organizing and coordinating the server build process. Ordering hardware and facilitating server procurement and consolidation. Act as technical lead for projects.Qualifications: Key skill sets (2+ years required): Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 Server, Active Directory, VM Ware. 2.x/3.x HP server hardware preferred, familiarity with SAN, TSM and other associated server software products. Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them. Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues. Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions. Performs complex conceptual analyses. Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues.
