(LCS) is a growing home healthcare organization that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our integrated respiratory care, durable medical equipment, and enternal nutrition patients.  We are seeking a full-time inside salesperson to join our Customer Care Program, in our San Diego location.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to set and pursue challenging goals with a high degree of intensity and a desire to compete. 

 

Duties include:

 

· Make outbound calls to customers in our Company database to up sell and cross sell additional product lines.

· Follow up on fresh leads to generate sales, and answer inbound calls

· Provide excellent customer service and achieve outstanding sales growth.

 

Requirements:

· The candidate must be highly motivated with excellent customer service skills and desire to achieve exceptional sales results. 

· Strong telephone skills are a must.

· Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales.

· Strong organizational and communication skills needed. 

· Healthcare industry experience preferred.

· High school diploma or GED equivalency.
