INPATIENT PHARMACIST

The Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez is offering an excellent career opportunity for three Inpatient Pharmacists. We are currently recruiting for two full-time (i.e., order entry as well as one regulatory/clinical compliance officer) in addition to one permanent part-time position. Excellent benefits packages associated with all permanent positions.

The successful candidates will perform professional pharmaceutical work in the compounding and dispensing of prescriptions and drugs, including heavy clinical duties, monitoring, drug consultation, regulatory compliance, quality and performance improvement duties, and special projects as well as keep records of drugs and narcotics as required by Federal and State law.

Requires valid license to practice and completion of training or experience either concurrent with or subsequent to formal education leading to licensure which would have provided knowledge of unit dose and IV additive concepts.
