INFUSION THERAPY SERVICES TERRITORY MANAGER

St. Joseph Home Health Network, a community leader in Orange County for 20 years, is searching for a Pharmacy Territory Manager to join our successful team.

 

Our pharmacy provides comprehensive infusion and enteral products to patients with acute and chronic conditions in their homes and other alternate care sites.  Competent pharmacy and nursing  staff deliver and manage complex infusion that are discharged from St. Joseph’s Health System and Partner hospitals and network of affiliated physician groups.

 

This position will be responsible for all sales activities in a specified sales territory while achieving territory revenue objectives.



Essential job functions include: Responsible for selling a full home care service line to physicians and other healthcare providersIdentifies and increases sales of homecare infusion services to new and existing referral sourcesMaintains current referral source relationships of homecare infusion services

Qualifications:Baccalaureate DegreeMinimum of 2 years sales experience in Home Care/Infusion or other healthcare related fieldHighly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to sell a service versus a productMust have proven expertise selling “one-on-one� with physicians and prior experience converting new customers

This position will earn a base salary plus a monthly commission, based on performance.  Travel reimbursement will also be provided.
