Summary
Responsibilities will include preparing control slides, preparing tissue sample slides from surgical, dermatological and cytological submitted paraffin embedded specimens, running antigen-antibody protocols on Ventana Beckmark-XT and LT, titration and validation of antibodies for optimum dilution preparing and troubleshooting new and existing protocols, understanding and applying antigen retrieval techniques and daily preparation of reagents and solutions.
We are looking to fill two positions. One will be daytime and the other swing shift. Both are Monday-Friday.
Education and Experience
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and/or HT/HTL license. 4 years experience in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), paraffin sectioning, and excellent routine histology skills.
