San Antonio Community Hospital, a 279-bed non-profit hospital located in West San Bernardino County and serving the Inland Empire for more than 100 years, has an excellent opportunity available:
I.S. Service Desk Specialist
The qualified candidate will provide the first line of internal customer support for I.S. services, utilizing excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize, manage, and delegate service requests. Additionally, the I.S. Service Desk Specialist will provide basic user training to internal customers utilizing the service management tool.
A high school diploma and 3 years of experience with increasing responsibility in IS/IT Customer Support using ITIL service manager best practices is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service skills are a must. Familiarity with all aspects of Microsoft Windows and Client/Server environments as well as basic knowledge of Novell and NT Server configuration and familiarity with remote location support tools is necessary.
