Coventry Heath Care is currently seeking candidates for the following rewarding positions in our Moon Township office:Human Resources Assistant
As a Human Resources Assistant for the Moon Township Service Center, you will primarily be responsible for HR administration items and completing data entry for payroll into our PeopleSoft system.

You will have the opportunity to assist in the recruitment of entry level positions, including conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews and administering applicant testing sessions.

You will also have the opportunity to provide management and employees with direction and support regarding payroll, benefits, and policy interpretation. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the HR staff with special projects and any other activities in support of the department’s objectives.

Job Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous (2 - 4 years) progressively responsible HR-related experience. Awareness of federal, state, and local laws and regulations that impact human resources and the employment relationship. Proven strong technical ability with MS Office and HR information systems – preferably PeopleSoft HR Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, use time management skills and independent judgment. Strong customer service and communication skills.
