Enjoy a great schedule and some of the industry's best perks; apply today.    Primary responsibilities include:This is a field based and on-call requirement opportunity Requires some night and weekend scheduling coverage Assessing hospice patients and performing basic nursing duties Documenting each patient visit electronically Attending team meetings in the office once each week Responding to patient calls received through an answering service Responding to referrals and handling admissions Communicating with the Clinical Services Director and Case Managers regarding patients Required qualifications include:3+ years hospice nurse experience Ability to work nights and/or weekends if needed Current, unrestricted RN licensure for the state of Georgia Current CPR certification A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel frequently in assigned territory in performace of duties MS Word proficiency Good typing skills Ability to conduct Internet research  Ideal assets include:Hospice, Home Health, Home Care, Oncology or Med/Surg experience Case management experience An Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing  Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.   Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere:  equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.  UnitedHealth Group is a drug-free workplace.
