Full TimeCandidates will work with an active interdisciplinary team in the care of hospice patients at home.Â Specifically, you will provide medical consultation to community physicians and in nursing homes; provide medical care to hospice patients and and perform home visits to patients in the community.Â Clinical determination of appropriateness of hospice certification and recertification is also a responsibility of this position.To qualify, you must possess a NYS License and board certification in internal medicine.Â Home Care/Hospice experience desired, but not necessary.
