Home Health RN

Come join our growing Home Health Department serving Rocky Mountain Health Plans members. Enjoy minimal on-call and our comprehensive training/orientation program. Full-time, part-time and on-call/PRN shifts. Our shifts are typically Monday-Friday during business hours. Sign-on bonus applies to full-time employment.

OTâ€™s and Home Health RNâ€™s provide quality and safe delivery of occupational therapy and home health care and nursing care services to clients in their home. Work as a member of a team of medical professionals to provide home health care services.

Requires 1-3 years related experience. RNâ€™s require a Colorado RN license. Prior home health experience preferred.
