The Employee Corporation is seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to play an important role in our success by helping us meet and hire the Lehigh Valley's top Healthcare talent. Our Recruiter networks and cultivates relationships with potential recruits, to source and recruit healthcare professionals.  As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will work closely with our top executives, and participate in determining hiring needs, trends and recruiting strategies. You will plan, coordinate and implement sourcing and recruiting activities that include open houses, career fairs, networking, campus recruiting, promotions, employee referral bonuses and recruiting incentives.

Responsibilities: As our Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to source, recruit, screen and hire healthcare professionals, according to your recruiting plan. Other responsibilities include: Develop and implement Sourcing Plan Recruit healthcare professionals from a variety of sources Understand regional employment market to ensure competitiveness in hiring Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing, evaluating, and screening candidates Understand and keep informed about employment laws and guidelines Pitch potential employees to the Executive Team and assist with determining compensation packages Communicate effectively with employees, clients and internal office staff



Training: As a member of our recruiting team, your training will begin with learning about the daily business operations. You will learn Sourcing Techniques and Strategies, Recruiting Techniques and Strategies, Human Resources, Office Operations, and Customer Service. You'll gain hands-on experience by participating in scenario activities, interviews, developing and implementing your sourcing plan, and preparing presentations.
