Healthcare Nurse Manager
Large established Healthcare Company is currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Nurse Manager in Brevard County. Responsibilities will include:
· Manage clinical associates and ensure clinical excellence.
· Interpret company policies, standards and procedures to ensure compliance with external regulatory authorities and ensure that clinical associate documentation meets standards.
·Conduct or delegate the assessment and reassessment of patients.
· Coordinate communication between clinical team and physicians to ensure the appropriateness of care and outcome planning. Ensure compliance with third party requirements.
