We are currently seeking a Healthcare Network Customer Service Specialist for our certified Texas workers compensation HCN in our Dallas, TX office.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, you will interface with internal and external customers/agencies/representatives including, but not limited to injured employees, third party payers, insurance companies and providers. Responsibilities include data entry of daily information into the computer system, attending scheduled client meetings pertaining to HCN implementation and rollout to new clients, reporting potential problems identified during the data collection process to the branch manager to offer possible solutions, distribution of all incoming and outgoing HCN letters and handling all incoming HCN calls, redirecting to specific departments, as necessary. You will be required to complete implementation reports and billing on each case and maintain daily telephone logs of all calls. You will handle the Complaint and Grievance process for all Texas HCN cases by working closely with our network partners. You will assist claimants in finding Primary Treating Physicians, assist in sending, monitoring and tracking customer satisfaction surveys and collect daily fax feeds and enter them into the system as needed. You will also be responsible for collecting any necessary data required by the State of Texas as it relates to our HCN network for reporting purposes and you must remain current on all laws and rules pertaining to the Texas HCN.  There will be occasional travel to meet with clients for presentations and to attend stakeholder meetings with the State.

 

REQUIREMENTS: College Degree required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Right Fax. Must posse good time management skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.  Knowledge of Texas Health Care Networks, workers compensation and medical terminology a plus! In this position you must have excellent typing skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work as a team member.
