Healthcare Contracts Specialist

Located in Alhambra, CA, Network Medical Management (NMM) is a Management Services Organization (MSO) providing administrative services to Independent Physicians Associations (IPA) and medical groups.

 

NMM has a great opportunity for a Contracts Specialist.

 

Responsibilities

 Oversee and negotiate provider contracts with hospitals, physicians, and ancillary providersAssess provider needsCoordinate contract documentationInterface with all levels of managementSet up provider information, fee schedule and health plan DOFRs



Requirements:

 Strong presentation and relationship–building skills.Knowledge various reimbursement methodologies (Medicare, Capitation, Fee for Service, CPT codes, RBRVS)A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.  Must be highly organized.Requires an Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2-4 years of current experience in health care contractingExcellent communication skillsMust have dependable transportation, valid driver license and California insured.Experience with EZ-Cap and Crystal Report systems preferred.
