Health care/Administrative Coordinator

Prominent health care organization seeks a bright administrative associate to report directly to a division administrator.  Individual will be responsible for providing a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties in a leadership role.  This position requires in depth knowledge of departmental programs as well as operations and services.  Additional duties are editing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, as well scheduling meetings and appointments.  Strong customer service skills as well as outstanding verbal and communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information are required.
