  Screening Services CoordinatorThe role of the screening Services Coordinator is to contribute to providing clients with high quality, professional screening by coordinating advance and on-site activities related to preventative screening.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate client's screening needs based on the number of employees, number of locations, shifts.Identify local resources to assist with screenings.  Follow-up with resources including scheduling and training.Supervise on-site screening services, including facility and equipment set-up, quality control, traffic flow and privacy protection.Conduct on-site screenings as needed.Provide counseling about screening results as needed.Enter results of each screening session.SkillsExcellent organizational skills.  Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.Understanding of company's organizational structure.Internet, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.Education/ExperienceExperience in employee wellness, population health management or health care is required.Experience in organizing or planning employer events required: planning or conducting health screenings a plus.Travel required 50-75%Phlebotomy training or CPR certification a plus.Previous experience or knowledge of company's organization structure is a bonus.
