We are currently seeking a take charge, results-oriented HR professional to join our growing team as the Manager of Human Resources.  The ideal candidate would enjoy a fast paced environment and will display creativity, flexibility, thoroughness, discretion, responsibility, initiative and dependability.

 

The Human Resources Manager provides leadership, strategic direction and management to the Practice and is responsible for all aspects of a full service HR department that serves multi-state locations.  This includes responsibility for all functional areas of HR including benefits, compensation, payroll, employment, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws.  This position will also be expected to provide counsel and coaching for managers and supervisors regarding employee relations, performance appraisals and terminations and assist in the planning, development and implementation of training systems.  The HR Manager leads the planning and execution of the Practice’s HR initiatives in an effort to make a positive HR experience in support of the Shady Grove Fertility culture. This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President/ CEO and has oversight of two HR Coordinators. 

 

Ideal candidate will have a PHR Certification and a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline coupled with at least 5 years relevant experience within the healthcare industry. Minimum 5 years in a supervisory capacity preferably in a comparable sized medical/physician practice.  Excellent communication, leadership, team-building and time management skills a must, along with top-notch interpersonal and organizational abilities.
