DEPARTMENT: Customer Experience Management SCHEDULE: Part Time Regular, 20 Hours/Week, Day Shift, Scheduled hours are contingent upon departmental needs. EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field. QUALIFICATIONS: Three to four years of experience required in human resources with an in depth content knowledge of employee benefits, compensation, workers' compensation, collective bargaining agreements, and HR administration. Strong customer service, human resources or related experience required. Strong understanding of the HR systems processes and their relationship to the needs of the business. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize meet deadlines, and good attention to detail. Possession of strong interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical ability, consultative and communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with customers, managers, and staff. Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.Must have own form of transportation. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in business process / workflow, data/process, and systems analysis preferred. SKILLS TESTING: N/A DUTIES: Enhance and maintain customer focus through delivery of presentations throughout Service Areas. Provides trend information, interpretation, alternatives and analytical support to Service Areas, Legal, HRSC, Executive Management, and other HR staff. Provides analysis and recommendation of business needs, process flows, and logical data base designs. Recommends documentation guidelines and tools which support the HR Representatives and Analysts. Participates in the development of training modules and delivery systems to provide staff with procedural guidance and administrative tools. Recommends improvements to HRSC educational and informational needs. May recommend, design, develop, coordinate and deliver HR information and programs to the employees. Assists in monitoring HR and business processes to maintain consistency in application, minimize potential liability, and ensure compliance with federal and state legislation. Assists in the development of detailed data models in consultation with customers and staff. Works closely with technical and operations management to design and implement data support tools in support of complex business application development requirements and processes. Monitors transaction activities and assists in optimizing the performance of staff. Assists in the development of standards and procedures affecting data and process modeling and documentation, and data base design, maintenance, and management. Assists in delivering communication strategies and campaigns which support the objectives of HR and the strategic direction of the organization. Ensures that communications and materials to employees, managers and other HR staff are appropriate and current. Communicates/ interacts as necessary with internal departments, resolves complex problems as well as researches and provides follow up to difficult questions. Apply broad HR knowledge, judgment and initiative to resolve escalated customer inquiries. Acts as a liaison for HRSC Director regarding customer issues, ensuring that service standards are met. Coordinates and follows through with written and/or verbal responses to escalated issues ensuring consistency in benefit interpretation and delivery of services. Maintains a high level of confidentiality. Provides on going education and information to customers and HRSC staff. May assist HR Director and other staff with special projects.
