HRIS Coordinator

- Bachelors degree is preferred - 3-5 years experience is required The role serves as a liaison between internal departments and is responsible for processing employee records in our HRIS system. You will review all paperwork submitted for completeness and accuracy, input all new hires, status changes, payroll deductions, terminations and maintain and coordinate employee record retention. You will also analyze and audit reports for accuracy, generate routine reports and process employment verifications. This role will also be responsible for entering all new hire information into the HRIS system, auditing the parking database, overseeing the COBRA program and special projects as required. The position requires outstanding attention to detail and customer service skills, the ability to meet deadlines, a can do attitude, strong computer skills and an eagerness to be a member of a high functioning team environment.
