HR Generalist, Data Quality & Systems
In conjunction with the Director Human Resources assist with the implementation of all Human Resources systems and maintain HR quality data information for the Network. Ensure quality control of data and systems. Responsible for the day to day accurate systems functions and all data reports. Assists the AVP and Director Human Resources with special projects and administrative support related to and all Human Resources initiatives. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written. Must be proficient in the use of MS office and HRIS systems. Must be able to organize work flow in order to achieve proven work results and satisfaction from customers. BA degree or graduate of an accredited business or computer school and experience from which comparable capabilities can be acquired. Must be proficient with of MS Office Software. Minimum of 3 years progressive HRIS system experience. PHR or SPHR a plus.
