Works closely with the HR Director & Recruitment Manager to provide primary clerical support & projects as assigned. Works closely with the Recruitment Mgr to oversee the on boarding process including development, implementation & evaluation.  He/she is responsible for pre-screening applications, setting up appointments for interviews, making travel arrangements, doing reference and background checks for administrative & professional positions for Northern Arizona Healthcare. This positions will perform duties requiring judgment and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a multi-faceted individual who wants to work in a challenging, fast-paced, team oriented environment. Strong clerical & computer skills, inclluding MS Office, Internet Explorer & Windows required.  Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, customer service & interpersonal skills required. 

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.HR or related experience and/or education required.Experience in a busy office environment (business or healthcare) required.Use of various computer applications required.
