HL7 Interface Analyst

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve an excellent understanding of the client's products and healthcare industry standards.Deploy and configure their products to new and existing customers.Provide engineering and product training services to internal and external customers.Troubleshoot and solve customer technical problems raised by the client's technical operations team.Work with customers to understand their technical requirements and environments; perform technical analyses, and work with the client's development team to provide solutions to address customers' needs.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLSHL7 Interface experienceStrong technical and excellent troubleshooting skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Background in Windows essentialAbility to quickly learn diverse technologies, independently or as part of a team.Excellent project planning and follow-through skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented.Strong work ethic and desire to grow and develop with the company.Healthcare experienceCollege degree or equivalent, and two or more years as a software or system engineer.

 

 

 

DESIRED SKILLSExperience with IBM/Lotus Domino helpful.Web development or support experience (HTML, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript, and Java) is a plus.Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
