HEDIS Product Manager

MedAssurant, a dynamic, leading, and national provider of healthcare data abstraction, analysis, and verification services, is seeking HEDIS Product Managers for direct responsibility of managing assigned client relationships across the Company’s HEDIS Advantage product.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage assigned client relationships across the Company’s HEDIS Advantage product, so as to support, nurture, and expand positive and successful client relationships for both new and repeat clients;

·         Lead client support team, comprised of data analytic, clinical, operations, and product experts, in the delivery of the Company’s services;

·         Prepare for and conduct weekly client conference calls to address service delivery expectations, progress, planning, review of deliverables, service delivery outcomes, education regarding products, and issue resolution, etc.;

·         Coordinate and oversee execution of client integration processes per contract requirements, to ensure efficient and effective project launch while properly managing client expectations;

·         Receive and respond to client requests, serving as the liaison between client and the company;

·         Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding the assigned products and services of the company;

·         Hold responsibility for the resolution of client questions, concerns and service issues, including undertaking appropriate efforts to become aware of any such questions, concern and service issues;

·         Assess client needs and communicate client needs to management, operations and product development team members; and

·         Demonstrate understanding and proficiency in managing the requirements of individual client contracts.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Masters and/or CHCA preferred) and 4 or more years of HEDIS experience in the healthcare / managed care industry;

·         Ability to manage and meet deadlines;

·         Highly computer literate and detail oriented;

·         Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written  communication; and

·         Meticulous organizational skills.
