PURPOSE

Persuade Guests to purchase laser treatment services in concert with the Ideal Engagement sales process; and in accordance with established sales goals. Foster and nurture positive relationships with Guests. Ensure all procedures, practices, Guest interactions and environmental factors unequivocally promote and achieve a favorable Guest experience.

 

 

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Conduct sales consultations, both on the phone and in person.  

· Assist and participate in guerilla marketing events. Determine Guest suitability for laser treatment.

· Communicate pertinent information to Guests verbally, in writing, and utilizing print and video media.

· Articulate laser treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations to Guests.

· Schedule and confirm consultation appointments.

· Assist and participate in guerilla marketing events.

· Articulate laser treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations to Guests.

· Create and maintain Guest demographic information, records and contracts for laser treatment services.

· Schedule and confirm laser treatment with Guests and other Associates.

· Initiate and document all financial transactions.

· Collect fees and process payments in accordance with fee schedule and business rules.

· Partner and collaborate with Manager, Treatment Provider, and other Associates.

CONSULTANT I  REQUIREMENTS:

· (2)+ years consultative sales experience. Cosmetic Enhancement Industry or Personal Care Services preferred.

   NOTE:  Work history with Nordstrom, Dillards, Tommy Bahama, Bebe, Estee Lauder, MAX Cosmetics A PLUS.

· Proficient with personal computers and MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer and Contact Software.

· Strong Guest service orientation to include excellent interpersonal skills.

· The ability to articulate verbal and written communication.

· Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocol associated with laser treatment.

 

CONSULTANT II REQUIREMENTS:

· 3-5 years of consultative sales experience. Service industry or personal care services preferred. 

  NOTE:  Work history with Nordstrom, Dillards, Tommy Bahama, Bebe, Estee Lauder, MAX Cosmetics A PLUS.

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credential.

• Proficient with personal computers and MS Office suite, Internet Explorer and Contact Software.

• Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities.

• Strong Guest service orientation to include excellent interpersonal skills.

· The ability to articulate verbal and written communication.

• Rapid learner with ability to grasp concepts and protocol associated with laser treatment. _________________________________________________________________________________________________

 

Lifting, pulling, pushing, up to or over 25 pounds or moving, assisting and/or lifting items or awkward weights.

COMPENSATION

 

Consultant I:     $48,000+ per Year … $22,000 Based Salary plus Monthly Bonus

 

Consultant II:    $60,000+ per Year … $32,000 Base Salary plus Commissions

 

Benefits:  100% Employer Paid  Medical, Dental, Vision and Basic Life/AD&D. 

 

Other:  Free Treatments for all Employees and Incentive Program(s).
