ADMINISTRATIVE/CLERICAL ASSISTANTThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience looking to move their career forward with a growing company.  Our business has doubled in the last two years and we plan to double it again over the next two years and we want you to be a part of our growth. This is a great time to join our company and have the chance to contribute to our expansion.  Several  new positions have been developed within our established departments in order to handle the higher volume of business.Some of your responsibilities may include: Prepare packets for review Handle all items  needing amended Work with medical institutions and research facilities Review all documents for quality improvement, and accuracy General office functions such as mail, faxing, deliveries and filing Planning and coordinating meetings and events  We also offer fully paid medical benefits to the employee and competitive pay. Requirements: In order to be successful in this position the following skills will be needed: College degree 1-3 years previous administrative/clerical experience Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Prioritize tasks Quick learner Attention to detail Able to switch gears and assist various departments/teams as needed MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
